Whereas the bottom ninety percent is arguing and grappling over minuscule situations, the rich just keep getting richer, and inequality persists. This is the criticism endemic to the left, right power dynamic. That always promises change, but time and time again, profusely fails to deliver. These two parties are allowed to make small changes, that maintains the same economic and political structure. This is done with the initiative to pacify the public and maintain the subservient economic and political structure.
One of the mechanism utilized by controlled opposition, is the hegelian dialectic. One side presents a thesis, the opposition provides the anti thesis, and the compromise which is synthesis, becomes the solution. The so called compromise between the opposing parties, is the original intended objective; the show was to convince you, that it was your decision.What people fail to see, is that these so called opposing factions, politically are serving the same economic systems. Either way the decisions go, the system is preserved and economic inequality perpetuated.
Ironically, even the mechanisms utilized to supposedly help the poor are deleterious. Yes, they may provide some assistance but none of it is designed to help those poor people escape their predicament. What ends up happening is that it creates dependancy, and thus more government overreach is accepted. Those government assistance programs are designed to keep people in their place, it doesn't take people out of poverty, it keeps them there.
It is about time that people realize, that the left and the right wing, are wings of the same plane, and this bird is not headed in the direction of the people. Here is an example of how controlled opposition works, lets say the objective of the elite is to pass a bill that lowers taxes. If they were to outright say, that they intended to lower taxes on themselves, the rich; people would object. Thus the hegelian dialect is deployed in the following fashion.
Lets say the people at the top, want lower taxes, this is how they would go about it, as an example. The right may provides a thesis such as get rid of income taxes all together, and the left may say, they want to raise the taxes to a higher percentage. The people are put in a position, between the thesis, get rid of income taxes, and the anti thesis, raise taxes for everybody. So the compromise seems to be to lower taxes, which becomes the synthesis. Though it seemed to have been contrived as a compromise, it was actually, the original intended agenda in the first place. People don't realize that the supposed compromise between the left and the right, the synthesis, was actually the main objective behind the scenes.
This way the people feel as if they have weighed both options, and found a resolution. Basically, this relies on one side presenting an exaggeration of the objective, and the other a gross diminishment, and the compromise in between, the synthesis is manufactured synthetically, but the hegelian dialectics is utilized to make it seem authentic. If people could grasp how controlled oposition works, they would not be victims of the hegelian dialect untilized against them, through controlled opposition that appears to be antagonistic on the outside but secretly working towards the same initiative behind the scenes.
